The Integrity Protocol is an educational and personal growth curriculum offered by the South Carolina Institute for Sexual Integrity (SCIFSI). It is not therapy and does not create a therapeutic or professional-services relationship. If you are in crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) or your local emergency services.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or 13–17 with verifiable parent or guardian consent) to use this service. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@scifsi.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Paid program tracks are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
SMS notifications are optional. By checking the SMS consent box at registration or enabling SMS notifications in your account settings, you consent to receive optional recurring text messages from Institute for Sexual Integrity LLC, doing business as South Carolina Institute for Sexual Integrity (SCIFSI), at the mobile number you provide.
Supported carriers include all major US carriers. Carrier availability may vary; SCIFSI and its mobile messaging partners are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You agree not to misuse the service, share access with others, reverse-engineer any component, or use the service for any purpose other than your own personal growth and recovery.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SCIFSI does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCIFSI's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
