- How does the 30-day trial work?
- Every program is free for your first 30 days. No credit card is required to start. After 30 days, the monthly price for the program you chose applies.
- What is the AI Coach?
- The standalone AI Coach is no longer offered. Mentors may use an AI draft, which they review before it reaches you. It is not a therapist, counselor, or crisis service.
- How does the 16-week program work?
- Core Adult Protocol and Married Betrayal Protocol run 16 weeks. The Partner Protocol runs 12 weeks. Each is free for 30 days, then $19.95/month.
- What is Check-In Continuation?
- Continue submitting daily check-ins for $14.95/month with ongoing mentor visibility. Available from your dashboard. This plan does not reopen track progression.
- Do I need a mentor to participate?
- You choose your mentor when you create your account. An administrator can change that choice later if needed.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other Stripe-supported payment methods during checkout.
